Who I Am
Hello! I'm Salim — a Business Operations & Digital Transformation Manager with a rare technical edge. My academic foundation is a Master's degree in Business & Management, and I've always been drawn to the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.
I taught myself Flutter, PHP, and MySQL — not to become a developer, but because understanding the "how" makes me a sharper operator. I can translate business goals into precise requirements, evaluate technical vendors and solutions on their merits, and prototype ideas when speed matters.
Today I serve as Section Head of Treasury at Grands Moulins Belghith — an ISO 9001-certified enterprise — where I manage cash flow, banking relations, and financial reporting while bringing a digital-transformation mindset to process improvement. I also hold an IBM Professional Certificate in Mobile Application Development and several Coursera certifications.

Where this shows up most is in UI architecture and problem solving: I use AI to sketch information hierarchies, challenge my design assumptions, generate user flow alternatives, and pressure-test product decisions before a single line of code is written. This shortens the discovery loop dramatically.
