Hello! I'm Salim, but many know me as Catuleius. I enjoy creating mobile applications that bring ideas to life. My journey as a developer began when I explored building cross-platform apps with Flutter — and since then, I've been hooked on crafting clean, scalable, and engaging digital products.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business and Management and a Professional Certificate in Mobile Application Development from IBM. With over one year of hands-on experience coding with Flutter, I combine my business background with my technical expertise to design apps that are not only functional but also impactful for users.
Today, I work with tools and technologies that allow me to deliver both beautiful front-end experiences and solid back-end architectures. My main focus is building efficient, user-friendly mobile apps that solve real problems.

This Windows software is the first of its kind in the region, enabling butchers to manage sales, invoices, and customer data efficiently.
