My Day Flow (“the App”) is a habit and mood tracker designed to help users improve their daily routines and well-being. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle your data.
- All data (habits, moods, and user account) is stored locally on your device.
- The App does not require you to create an online account.
- No sensitive personal information is collected, shared, or sold.
- To track your habits and moods offline.
- To send you reminders and notifications if enabled.
- When online, the App may fetch daily motivational quotes from a free API. These quotes are
generated content and are not linked to your personal data.
- You can delete your local account at any time, which will permanently erase all stored habits,
moods, and related data.
- Since data is only stored locally, once deleted it cannot be recovered.
The App works fully offline. Internet connection is only required for fetching daily quotes.
The App can send local reminders if you enable notifications. These notifications are generated by the App on your device and are not sent through external servers.
The App may connect to a third-party API to display motivational quotes. No personal data is transmitted in this process.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
